Location: 816 S. Main Street, Lillington, NC
Space Size: 1,200 square feet

Rental Options

4 hours: $50 (No half days on Saturdays)

8 hours: $100

​Security Deposit $50

Rules & Conditions

No candles, animals, smoking, or cooking are allowed without written permission.

Cleaning: The renter is responsible for cleaning the space after use.

If the space is not left clean, a $75 cleaning charge will apply.

Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the property, equipment, or furnishings during the rental period.

Access: The rental period includes time for setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.

Conduct: All guests and participants must behave respectfully and follow all local laws and regulations.

No sale of alcohol.​

Liability & Indemnification:
. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner of the property at 816 S. Main Street Lillington, NC, from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the Renter’s use of the space, including actions of guests, vendors, or participants. -
The Renter is fully responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests, attendees, and vendors on the premises during the rental period.
Payment & Cancellations

Full payment and deposit are due to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the event will receive a refund (minus the deposit).

Cancellations made less than days prior will forfeit the full rental amount.
